We operate official pages on Facebook and Instagram. When you send a message to one of our pages, your message is delivered to our customer support system so that our support team can read it and reply to you. This policy explains how that information is handled.
We do not use your messages for advertising purposes, and we do not send you unsolicited messages.
We do not sell your personal information. Message data is processed only by: (a) Meta Platforms, Inc., which operates Facebook and Instagram and delivers your messages to us; and (b) the hosting provider of our support system, which stores conversations on our behalf. Access is limited to our support staff.
Support conversations are retained only as long as needed to provide support and maintain the history of your requests, after which they may be deleted.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time — including all data received through Facebook or Instagram messaging. To do so, contact us at the email below. We will delete your data unless we are legally required to retain it. We respond in accordance with applicable law (including GDPR where applicable).
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your information.
